The Testing Notes I Actually Kept

I track every purchase here. Some were wins. Some were a waste. You can learn from both.

Prices shown are what I paid at the time. Prices change. I remove order numbers for privacy.

None of these links are affiliate links. I only link to things that worked in my tests.

Kept: earned a place in my setup
Retired: did not move the needle
Testing: will update after more use

This ledger keeps me honest. When something doesn't work, I note it. When something does, I link to it. I update this page as I test new products.

What I'd do instead

  • Buy one unit to test before committing to a bulk order
  • Track what works and what doesn't in a simple spreadsheet or note
  • Focus budget on proven items like airtight storage and quality pheromone traps
  • Don't chase perfect, just buy things that meet your actual storage constraints
